Handled with the greatest of care and least amount of stress our Bonic’s Shiraz is fermented with a combination of Oaks. A portion is fermented with French Troncais and Allier oaks, with a small component undergoing wild fermentation, which adds to the wines complex personality.
Like its Chardonnay twin this Shiraz makes every occasion a great occasion, whether you’re with friends, family or just wanting to enjoy a moment of perfect bliss, its vibrant nature and elegant flavours make it a perfect moment of happiness.
It is also a perfect accompaniment to red meats, pasta, cheese and of course barbecued food.
Organic One Shiraz will keep well in a cellar for up to 10 years.
